Become a Sponsor

SAINTCON has a long tradition of including sponsors and interested organizations into our conference.  Although SAINTCON is not a vendor-focused conference, we see the benefit that having professional organizations being part of our conference can bring.

If your organization provides products or services in the cyber-security arena, we are interested in having you participate as a sponsor.  Please download the conference prospectus and review it for details on how to become part of SAINTCON.

Our sponsor staff is all-volunteer, and may not be available at all times during business hours.  Please engage with us early to ensure a quick response to questions.

SIGN-UP Process

Step 1

Download and review the Sponsorship Prospectus. 
Identify the sponsorship opportunities you wish to participate in,
and fill out the sponsorship agreement.

Step 2

Submit a sponsor application.

Step 3

Send the completed sponsorship agreement to our sponsorship manager for final processing.

Step 4

We will process the application, and let you know when it has been accepted. 

After successful processing, payment instructions will be sent via email within 3-5 business days.

How to we submit an application?

Do you provide an attendee list to sponsors?


SAINTCON is a cyber-security and privacy conference.  We teach privacy and would like to practice what we teach.  As a result, any information collected in the registration process remains completely private and is not shared.

We understand that a common reason to engage with a conference as a sponsor is to augment your lead database.  Participating in SAINTCON requires that the process be opt-in by the attendee.

How many people can we bring to our booth?

A Basic Sponsorship provides for two (2) conference passes which can be shared between any person within your organization.

An Uber Sponsorship provides for ten (10) conference passes which can be shared between any person within your organization.

Additional passes are available for purchase through the standard conference registration system. 

Due to growing logistical issues:
We are no longer able to facilitate discounts for extra tickets after the initial package purchase.

What payment methods are available?

We will accept payments in the following ways:

  • Credit Card Payments (3% Transaction fee applies)
  • Check Payment
  • Direct Deposit / ACH Transfer

Upon acceptance of your application, payment instructions are sent to the registered point of contact.

Do we have to use booth-space?


Booth space is optional.  We sometimes have a sponsor who would like to be in attendance but not have to have booth space.  This is something we can accommodate.

What is the SETUP and TEARDOWN schedule?

Setup can begin as early as Monday October 24, 2022 at Noon MDT. 
All booths must be setup before Noon on October 25, 2022. 

Teardown cannot begin prior to 3:00p on Thursday October 27, 2022. 
Teardown must be completed before Noon on Friday October 28, 2022.
