SAINTCON is committed to minimal data collection. We collect only the information reasonably necessary to register attendees, support conference operations, and facilitate check-in.
What we collect
Registration data required to issue a badge and administer the event: name, email, affiliation, ticket type, and dietary/accessibility preferences where relevant.
What we share
We do not sell attendee information. We do not share attendee data with third parties without consent, with one exception: after each conference we compile the company names attendees voluntarily provided at registration and share that aggregated list with sponsors of that year’s event, for marketing purposes. No personal data is included.
Badge scanning at sponsor booths
If you choose to have your badge scanned at a sponsor or vendor booth, you are voluntarily sharing your information with that organization. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy practices, not ours.
