Run by the AppSec Community and the local OWASP chapter. Whether you are a student learning the ropes, a seasoned engineer who lives for regex, or just here for the chaos, there is something for you.
The room is still being settled. Past years pulled 30 to 50 people into whatever space was available, so this year it moves to either the main ballroom or the large conference room. Watch the schedule closer to the conference.
What it is
A fast-paced, laugh-filled trivia showdown inspired by the classic game show. Buzzers, categories, sound effects, and a live studio audience that plays a huge part. Come cheer, boo, heckle the host, and wave your handmade signs.
The questions come out of real application security work rather than being trivia for its own sake.

Getting in
Show up Thursday after lunch. There is no pre-registration and nothing to fill in beforehand. Bring a team of up to three, or turn up alone and form one on the day.
Setup happens during the lunch break, so the room will be going before the hour starts.
What to bring
- A sense of humor. If you are not ready to be roasted, you are not ready to compete.
- AppSec knowledge, or the confidence to guess with flair.
- A team of up to three, or just yourself. We will match you up if needed.
- Quick reflexes. Buzzers are involved.
Skills
All skill levels, beginners through jaded pros. It helps to have a working understanding of application security concepts (OWASP Top 10, secure coding, weird bugs), some curiosity about hacker culture and internet history, and competitive or chaotic energy.
You do not have to play. This works as a spectator sport, and the audience gets pulled in either way.

Do I need to sign up in advance?
No. Turn up Thursday after lunch and join a team, or bring your own.
What if I don't know everything about AppSec?
That is the point. Nobody does. Come have fun, learn something, and maybe guess your way to glory.
Can the audience participate?
Not only allowed, encouraged. Bring signs, chants, and heckles. You may get picked for lightning round shenanigans.
What is the prize?
Eternal glory, a trophy of questionable value, and probably an obscure cryptocurrency that will never be listed on Coinbase.
