SAINTCON has a long history of engagement with Sponsors participating in our annual event, and offers a unique opportunity to sponsors to engage with the decision makers for IT and Security across so many organizations.

The Call for Sponsors

How it works

The Call opens at a pre-announced date and time, typically in mid-May.
First come, first served. Slots are claimed in the order applications are received.
Fast close. Most tiers sell out within 24 hours of the Call opening. Returning sponsors who know the process have an edge simply because they’re ready.

Is it open for 2026?

Sponsorships are full for 2026. The Call for Sponsors is closed and we're no longer accepting applications this year. See the current sponsor lineup at the top of this page, and watch the Discord for the 2027 Call.

What’s included

Specifics vary by tier. In general, sponsors receive some combination of: a booth in the sponsor area, swag/giveaway distribution rights, attendee list access (where opted in), recognition in conference materials, and some number of attendee passes.

~2,000 attendees each year, heavily skewed to working IT and security professionals.
High engagement. SAINTCON’s sponsor floor is a real part of the conference, not a parking lot for logos. Attendees actually stop at booths.
Local and regional reach. Strong community in Utah and the broader Mountain West; growing national presence.
Non-profit, mission-aligned. Your sponsorship supports a 501(c)(6) cybersecurity education effort, not an ad budget.

Sponsorship tiers

Sponsor tiers and counts are set each year by the committee. The 2026 tier structure, pricing, and inclusions are shared with sponsors during the Call for Sponsors.
