The UVCC doesn’t have a parking garage of its own. There are three good options near the venue: a surface lot just southwest, a paid garage to the northeast, and a free lot the conference provides to the north.
Free conference lot
The conference rents out a nearby lot each year, so attendees can park for free.

Paid parking garage northeast

A commercial parking garage used by nearby businesses. Attendees are welcome to use it. It’s paid parking; rates are dynamic, so check the signage at the entrance.
Street parking
Downtown Provo has metered on-street parking on Center St, University Ave, and surrounding blocks. Time limits and meter enforcement vary by block. Check the signage before you leave your car.
Event-day tips
- Mornings are the crunch. Try to be in your spot before 8:30 AM, especially on days with high-demand training sessions.
- Carpool if you can. Fewer cars, less spot-hunting.
- Lunch-hour churn. Lots empty and refill around noon. If you leave for lunch, expect to re-hunt a spot when you come back.
- Evenings are easy. After about 5 PM most lots thin out.
Accessible parking
The paid garage at 165 W 200 N has ADA-accessible spaces near its elevators. If you need something specific, check in with the registration desk on arrival and we’ll help.
Cheaper alternatives
If you’re flexible on the walk and care about cost:
- FrontRunner to Provo Central Station, then a ~20-minute walk north to the UVCC. See Getting Here.
- Rideshare drop-off at the UVCC main entrance. Often cheaper than all-day parking.
