Booking tips
- Book early. This year, another conference is being held in the nearby Marriott Ballroom, and space is already starting to fill up.
- Ask about cancellation terms. You should book refundable hotel rooms now while you still can.
- Split with a roommate. Jump into Discord and ask around. Attendees sometimes pair up every year.
Beyond walking distance
If you’d rather stay elsewhere in Utah County, Springville and Orem have additional hotel options a short drive or short rideshare away. Airbnb and VRBO rentals around BYU and downtown Provo are also an option to consider.
