Everything runs the whole evening rather than on a timetable, so there is nothing to be late for. Show up, find the corner that interests you, and move between them as the night goes.
The Swap Meet shares the room, so the gear tables are right there alongside the games.

The conference room on the west side of the Hyatt Place Provo, entered off Freedom Boulevard. The hotels page has the address and the conference rate.

Karaoke. Running all evening in its own corner. Singing ability is not checked at the door.
Board games. We will have some at the tables, but feel free to bring your own to share. Join a game in progress or start one.
Movie. Playing in the background for anyone who wants somewhere quieter to sit.
Soldering stations. Open all evening. Bring a badge or minibadge if you have one to build. The Minibadge Community runs workshops during the week, and the Minibadge Speed-Soldering contest is there if you want to do it against a clock.
New to SAINTCON
This is the best first night to walk into. Nothing here requires you to know anyone, understand a format, or commit to staying. Turn up, sit down at a table, and you will meet people without having to work at it.
If you have been coming for years
Take a shift at the soldering stations. Helping someone build their first badge is most of the reason the stations are there.
